COVID Vaccines and Testing

COVID testing and vaccines are available at no cost. Visit County of Los Angeles web site to find a testing or vaccine site near you.

 

Utility Assistance

LADWP Cares:

The LADWP shutoff moratorium has been extended to March 31, 2022. If you are behind on your bill, LADWP provides discounts to reduce the cost of electricity, water, and sewer services to eligible Angelenos. Visit LADWP or call (800) 342-5397 to learn more.

Low-Cost Internet Services:

Reduced Transportation Fees

Metro Reduced Fare Tap Card:

Metro offers reduced fares for students who qualify and apply for the program. Visit Metro.net for college/vocational and for students in K-12.

Metro LIFE:

Metro bus fare collection will resume on January 10, 2022. Metro’s LIFE (Low-Income Fare is Easy) Program offers discounts toward the purchase of passes on Metro and other LIFE participating agencies. Visit metro.net/LIFE or call (323) 466-3876.

Employment Assistance

Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department:

Free job training, placement and resume assistance and consultations to guide small businesses to COVID-19 economic recovery resources. Visit EWDD Resources for Angelenos or call (213) 744-7130.
