Elly serves as the Office Manager for the Pacoima City Hall office for Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez.
Elly was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and comes from a proud family of public servants. Elly has participated in many civic and community projects including founding Ballet FolkloricoJoyasDivinas del Valle with the Los Angeles Police Department Foothill Community Police Station and Pacoima Beautiful.
Elly is passionate about creating new opportunities for young people. She devotes much of her personal time to youth and advocacy for foster children and is an active volunteer for the LAPD Cadet youth program. Elly is a proud wife and mother of three.
