Ernesto serves as the Council Deputy for Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez. He was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and is a Polytechnic High School graduate.
Prior to working for the Councilwoman, Ernesto was an outside source to the City with continuous work in graffiti removal in Pacoima, Mission Hills, North Hills and Sunland-Tujunga.
