Jose serves as the Public Projects Deputy and Sylmar Field Deputy for Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez.
Before joining the Councilwoman’s team, Jose worked as the Public Projects Deputy in Council District 14 for three and a half years. Jose attended UC Santa Barbara and double majored in Political Science and History.
In his spare time Jose likes to stay active by hitting surf sessions along Cali’s southern coast.
