Monica serves as a Caseworker in the Sylmar District Office, assisting constituents with their concerns and connecting them to City Services.
Monica grew up in the San Fernando Valley and still resides here with her family. She graduated from Francis Polytechnic High School and attended Los Angeles Mission and Pierce Colleges. Monica’s passion is helping people, exploring the best eateries in Los Angeles and horseback riding.
